Spring work has really started now at Killinure Point, while we are having fun on shows:
Over the season the hulls of the cruisers turn a little brown, caused by the lovely Irish boggy water. Nothing helps but a little wonder paste called “Y10″. Unfortunately this stuff has to be applied manually by using a brush – and then the whole lot has to be washed done again by hand.
But it is well worth it: the hulls shine nice and bright white again
Sounds simple, but is really hard-going and can be quite a cold and wet job during the Irish spring…
